In most cases, yes. We bring our own water and power, so the building does not need to provide anything, and we contain water and leave the stall clean. You will need to clear it with your HOA, building manager, or garage operator; most say yes once they know the setup. We need roughly a 15-foot working radius, so a stall with an open neighbor or an end position helps. For Embarcadero Center, Union Square, and other commercial garages, give us the garage name and we will coordinate the access.
Yes, and it is a convenient option for Financial District commuters. Give us the lot address and where the car is parked, leave a key or arrange a handoff, and we detail while you are upstairs. Most Signature services take 2 to 3 hours, so a morning drop and a lunchtime pickup is typical. We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
It can, if it is wiped dry or run through a brush car wash. Cement and drywall dust is abrasive, so we rinse it off completely before any mitt touches the paint and use grit guards in the wash buckets.
